Margao: The Colva Police today filed a 292-page charge sheet against the three Indore residents in the case related to the gang rape of a 20-year-old girl at Betalbatim beach in May this year.
The three men arrested in the offence include Ishwar Makhawana, Sanjeev Pal and Ram Bhariya.
Initially Ishwar who was known to be a casual labourer had 22 offences registered against him in Indore. Ram Bhariya, a student and Sanjeev Pal a teacher from suburbs of Indore were later found to have dreaded criminal records against them in their state police stations.
The case will now be heard in the JMFC Margao Court.
