PANJIM: Goa Police is soon to get an additional IPS officer with Central government posting Sahil Sarangal to the State on probation. Seven IPS probationers of 2017 and 2018 batches have been posted to different segments of joint AGMUT cadre after completion of IPS Phase-II training.
Meanwhile, Goa Police on Wednesday promoted 12 head constables to the post of assistant sub inspectors. Of the total, 10 are lady head constables.
