Despite pre-monsoon works, Panjim streets get flooded once again

A flood-like situation was witnessed in Panjim on Thursday morning hindering the movement of traffic and pedestrians. As heavy rains lashed various parts of Goa including Panjim, most streets in the capital were flooded. The heavy downpour once again submerged the streets of Panjim underwater. The major arteries of the city --18 June Road Panjim and AB road witnessed a flood-like situation, which has now become an annual occurrence
