Goa Revenue minister Atanasio Monserrate stated that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is aware and monitoring the smart city works to ensure the officers are working full time. He added that due to the sewage pipelines being old, there could be a possibility of leakage in most place in Panjim and the pipes need to be changed. Monserrate added that nearly 40% of the pipes in the city are changed.
