RAIA: Guardian Angel Sports Club, Sanvordem, humbled St Rock Youth Club, Calata-Majorda, 3-0, to move into the quarter-finals of St Rock Super Soccer, Calata-Majorda, in memory of Sebastiao Cirilio Dias football tournament played at Calata ground, Majorda, on Monday.
Guardian Angel SC netted the first goal of the match through Aron Fernandes in the 25th minute. Aron Fernandes further inflated the lead for Guardian Angel SC in the 27th minute. Then Russel Monteiro of St Rock Youth Club missed the chance to score in the 47th minute.
Substitute Keagen Fernandes of Guardian Angel SC too recorded his name on the scoresheet in the 50th minute. The man-of-the-match award was presented to Aaron Fernandes of Guardian Angel SC by Revon Braganza.
