CSR professionals awarded
PANJIM: The World CSR Conference organised on World CSR Day, decided to award 50 most talented CSR professionals of the country.
The jury was headed by Bhaskar Chatterjee, IAS, former Secretary of DPE and director general of Indian Institute of Corporate Governance. PM Johri, chief general manager, GSL being chairman of CSR Committee of GSL has been one of the prize recipients. Other organisations which received this award were SAIL, ONGC, IOC, CIL etc. P M Johri has also been awarded for most powerful HR professional of the country and was also conferred HR Leadership Award.
Abharan to hold exhibition, sale
at Panjim, Margao

Salgaonker elected Chair of Young Indians Goa Chapter
PANJIM: Young Indians Goa Chapter an integral part of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) announced its new team for the Year 2014-15 at their annual session held, recently. On the occasion, Rajesh Salgaonker was nominated for the position of Chair of Yi Goa Chapter and Narainrao (Nitin) Desai, Co-Chair for the year 2014-15. Rajesh N Salgaonker has business interests in hospitality, construction and trading. Narainrao (Nitin) Desai is owner of Desai Concrete Castings.
