The Public Works Department carries out developmental work without planning properly. The tarred roads are dug up again and again, causing lot of inconvenience to public in general and for looting the ex-chequer in the name of development.
The Carmona-Orlim road was dug up recently for laying the pipelines and now again the same road is being dug up for laying the cables. What nonsense is this? This is nothing but only looting the public money.
