When popularity sinks, arrogant rulers become fallible
When the monsoon session of the assembly adjourned for the last time, when all the MLAs went home and the TV cameras receded and the pesky press (at least a miniscule section of it) went back to the barracks, what did the man who rules Goa feel in the emptiness of the cavernous assembly where he keeps getting elected to, again and again.
