In a disturbing incident reported from Mudda Waddo in Saligao, a man has been accused of killing his wife inside their rented accommodation. The couple, believed to be natives of Karnataka, were reportedly involved in a serious argument over financial matters shortly before the incident occurred. According to preliminary information, the dispute escalated, allegedly leading to the woman’s death.
Local residents alerted authorities after sensing trouble. Saligao Police quickly reached the scene and detained the accused husband for questioning. SDPO Vishwesh Karpe, along with PI Dinesh Gadekar and PSI Sarvesh Bhandari, inspected the location and initiated legal procedures.
