PANJIM: Goa Police promoted 13 IRB sub inspectors to the rank of police inspectors of Goa Armed Police Indian Reserved Battalion in an order issued on Friday, following DGP Muktesh Chander’s approval.
A press statement issued by the Information and Publicity Department stated that the promoted PSIs in serial order were Santosh Bhaip (Tourist Police Unit), Naresh Mangadkar (Security Unit), Prajot Bhagat (Tourist Police Unit), Ramkrishna Parab(Security Unit), Nilesh Shirodkar CBS/ACB, Sakharam Parab (CBS/ACB), Sudhir Redkar, Bombay High Court, Mayur Bandekar (Raj Bhavan), Raia Naik (Anti-Terrorist Squad), Gonu Gaude (IRB Administration), Saroj Divkar (Security Unit), Reshma Shirodkar (IRB ‘G’Coy) and Vidyanand Pawar (Anti Terrorist Squad).
