CALANGUTE, APRIL 23
Continuing with its drive, the demolition squad led by Joint Mamlatdar Anju Kerkar demolished 15 illegal structures at Arradi-Candolim on Friday.
Joint Mamlatdar Kerkar, Candolim Sarpanch Anand Shettigar, Panchayat Secretary Eknath Talkar, other government officials were present at the site.
Calangute police force was also present to oversee the demolition. No untoward incident was reported.
Thus, all the 22 illegal structures identified by Candolim Panchayat have been demolished. Seven illegal structures were demolished on Thursday.
