Goa Medical College (GMC) is introducing several changes aimed at improving patient care and well-being. The initiatives include replacing traditional steel plates with covered Cambro plates for meals, along with serving curd with lunch. GMC will also provide protein-rich nutritional feeds to patients who require assisted nutrition. Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said the measures are aimed at strengthening patient well-being and further developing the Goa model of healthcare. The changes are intended to improve both the quality of meals served to patients and nutritional support during their treatment.
