Panjim: Goa reported yet another near 600 new cases alongwith eight more deaths on Friday.
With 595 new cases today, the total number of active cases has reached 5,730. The total confirmed cases are at 27,379.

As per the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) Mortality bulletin, there were four deaths at Goa Medical College, Bambolim; two deaths at ESI Margao, and 2 persons were brought dead at Asilo, Mapusa. Further, two patients expired within 12 hours of admission, DHS added.
The total number of recovered patients in the State are at 21,314.
