Another job scam in LDC posts in South Goa Collector’s Office? asks AAP

A girl candidate who had gone to inspect her answer paper alleged that there were discrepancies and she was not satisfied.

MAYEM: AAP together with an aggrieved candidate approached the Mayem Polytechnic for physical verification of marks. The issue refers to recruitment of posts of LDC advertised in the South Goa Collector’s Office, where over 3000 candidates have applied. The candidate said that they were not given any marks, but only informed whether they were qualified or disqualified. Goa Forward has hinted that this smells of another job scam.

The candidate said that she was not happy with the verification and AAP said they would approach the higher authorities due to the discrepancies.  AAP said this smells like another job scam where candidates of only one constituency have been selected.

Prashant Naik, General Secretary, Goa Forward Party

Prashant Naik said this smells like another job scam. Most of the candidates are from one constituency. “We feel that even after the exams are held there is setting. And that is how each politicians fills the posts. Otherwise, it would not happen that in certain departments, only candidates from one constituency are selected. Because there is setting, this happens.”

Naik warned that they would approach the higher authorities such as Principal or anyone else. We will appeal because there are certain discrepancies which we found. We are not happy with todays inspection or marks.
