Fernandes said that since section 144 of CrPc has been imposed from the area covering State assembly till the Panjim police jurisdiction, party workers would be marching on the Assembly from Porvorim.

PANJIM: A 27-point charge-sheet against the BJP-led government would be submitted to Goa Governor on August 11, Congress President John Fernandes said.
