PANJIM: Old Goa police have registered an offence against one Lee Braganza, resident of Bondir in Tiswadi for criminally trespassing and damaging a Mercedes Benz vehicle thereby causing damage of Rs 1 lakh to the owner.
PI Jivba Dalvi said that Bambolim panch Prasad Naik complained that he had borrowed the car from the ZP Johnny Serrao for his use and it was badly damaged by the accused.
An offence has been registered and the accused would be arrested soon, Dalvi said.
Dalvi informed that an offence under section 427, 447 IPC has been registered and the accused would be arrested soon. Further investigation is in progress
