Change quality of OPD papers in govt hospitals

Citizen Jerry Luis De Souza Divar

The case papers which are given in the Out Patient Departments (OPDs) when people go to register look of a very low quality and get torn easily by the time the patient reaches home.

My wife who has been visiting GMC in different OPDs for the last few months for her routine checkups, finds it very difficult to handle her case papers because the poor quality and mostly all gets torn with doctors finding it difficult to write on it.
