‘Say no to Plastics’ display at market out of focus

The attached photo of one of the posters “Say no to Plastics” displayed recently in Panaji market is apt. But unfortunately the listed banned plastic items (effective from July 1, 2022) are illegible to be read by people. The photo is out of focus!
