The concerned Departments should be blamed for neglecting uncovered drains, where water can be gushing out, which is soon surrounded by plants making it invisible for motorists and pedestrians alike.
This drains is located near Sinari petrol pump and GHRSSIDC, at Neugi Nagar, Rua de Ourem, Panjim and has been open for some time.
Recently, a tourist biker missed to fall in the drain, after filling petrol. What makes it dangerous is that it is almost invisible at night.
The concerned authorities need to cover it up immediately before any mishap takes place.
