Briefing newsmen after a meeting with the district officials and Municipal officers held to review the development works in Fatorda constituency, Naik said water logging is the order of the day on the Eastern bypass resulting in road accidents.

The MLA further told the Mamlatdar to verify the names of voters, who have been registered only recently. “There are some voters whose names have been included in the electoral roll. These people have not been staying in the locality. Just verify from where the names of these people have figured in the electoral list”, he added.
