The legal team of Rawloo Khalap has blamed the Revenue Officials of Dhargal for facilitating the land grab by MLA Jit Arolkar amounting to 1,48,800.00 sq. mtrs situated at Dhargal in Pernem.
The case before the Justice V.K Jadhav Commission of Inquiry probing the land grabbing in Goa has been adjourned to 27th March 2023, since the Special Investigation Team has sought time to file its affidavit on the investigation. The prosecution alleged that the police and the SIT were dragging their feet in the case since the MLA was supporting the government.
