Speaking at a meeting at Bandora, Dhavalikar expressed full confidence of winning five seats from Ponda taluka and assured to work for the upliftment of downtrodden.
He appealed to the people to elect all their nine candidates contesting from all over the State, five from Ponda taluka and three from other talukas.
