MARGAO: Ziahula Kassim, Abdul Latif and Mumtaz Shaik, all residents of Valpoi who are accused of dowry harassment, were granted conditional bail by the additional district and sessions judge, South Goa. The accused have been ordered to give a personnel bail bond and a surety in like amount. It may be recalled that a complaint was filed against the three by Noor Jahan Sheik of Colmorod, Navelim.
