VALPOI: Around 100 plus daily wages labourers of the Forest Department, who works especially in the forest and wildlife areas on Saturday met Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and demanded to regularise their service.
During the meeting at Ravindra Bhavan, Sanquelim, the Chief Minister gave a patient hearing to their demand and assured to resolve the matter soon.

According to the labourers they had many times met the Chief Minister at his official residence at Panjim and at his residence at Sanquelim also. “Every time we meet, the Chief Minister gives the same reply that he will look into the matter and till date has not done anything”, they said.
