CUNCOLIM: Four garbage collection workers of Cuncolim Municipal Council (CMC) tested positive for COVID, while a MTS staffer of Balli Primary Health Centre, who was deputed at COVID hospital, Margao was also infected with the virus.
The CMC had stopped collecting the door-to-door garbage as precautionary measure. CMC sources informed that a worker is from containment zone at Fatorpa. Meanwhile, a MTS worker of Balli Primary Health Centre also tested positive for COVID. The staffer was deputed at COVID Hospital, Margao. After completing his duty at COVID hospital, he was supposed to join at Balli PHC.
