PANJIM: Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on Wednesday extended by a week the date for schools and higher secondary schools to submit internal and sports marks through the newly introduced online portal. It also said that nearly 50-60 per cent schools and around 70 per cent HSS have already submitted the marks through the board’s online portal.
Speaking to Herald, GBSHSE Chairman Ramkrishna Samant said, “The last day for submitting the marks to the board through the online portal was April 5 but we have extended it by another week, as some schools are yet to submit sports marks. Secondly, since the portal is new and as this is the first year, we decided to extend the last date.”
