Goa Fast-Track Court Orders Framing of Charges Against Boxer in Rape, Cheating Case

The North Goa Special Fast Track Court has ordered the framing of charges against 22-year-old Pushpender Rathi in a case involving allegations of rape and cheating.

Rathi, a boxer from Faridabad, Haryana, is accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a medical student after purportedly promising to marry her. He has also been accused of allegedly cheating the woman financially.
