It was decided that the villagers and the panchayat would approach the power officials on January 15.
The issue of the Raia killer road was discussed with members demanding to know the scope of work tendered by the PWD. Sarpanch Rodrigues said the panchayat has adopted a resolution demanding diversion of heavy traffic proceeding to Verna Industrial Estate and Vasco from Borim via Loutolim.
