PANJIM: BJP Vice-President Anil Hoble and his family, who were booked for dowry harassment on Wednesday, denied the charges on Thursday.
Hoble, accompanied by his wife Sandhya and son Milind addressed the media at their Merces residence on Thursday and denied all the charges saying it was a family matter.
The victim’s mother had lodged a complaint with the women police station accusing the Hoble family of subjecting her daughter to cruelty for dowry.
Hoble denied the dowry allegations and said it was a false complaint against them and alleged that his family is a victim of a political vendetta.
