CURCHOREM: A local court on Wednesday remanded a 23-year-old native of Ranchi-Jharkhand to two days police custody for possessing ganja.
According to Curchorem PI Ravindra Dessai, the accused, residing in Kamral ward of Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council (CCMC), was arrested on Tuesday for possessing ganja worth Rs 3,000.

“Our team reached the site as soon as we received information and caught the youth in Kamral with ganja. Later, he was arrested under NDPS Act and the court on Wednesday remanded him to two days police custody” he added.
