PORVORIM: Revenue Minister Atanasio ‘Babush’ Monserrate on Tuesday informed the State Assembly that reservation for jobs in the private sector can not be made mandatory as it would be unconstitutional and discriminatory as per the judgement passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
