PANJIM: The Nationalist Congress party on Wednesday demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation inquiry into the issues arising out of the October 31 incident where a group of ethnic Africans blocked the NH-17 alleging that a "local ruling party politician" was the brain behind the incident, while the Nigerians were just tools.
