With the festive season just around the corner, Goa Police have urged residents to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to safeguard their homes against burglary. A joint meeting was held in Mapusa led by North Goa SP Harishchandra Madkaikar, Sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Vishwesh Karpe along with local residents, who also raised their critical apprehensions. The police officials shared a series of precautionary measures, advising citizens to adopt basic safety practices, especially when leaving their homes unattended.
