MARGAO: Colva police have registered an offence under section 11 (M) (A) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act against Rosario from Pedda, Benaulim and Annist of Davondem, Fatorda for organizing a bull fight.
Police informed that on February 24 between 3.05 pm and 3.30 pm a bull fight was organized by the accused at Pedda, Benaulim, for entertainment of the public in
an open place.
