PONDA: The Mardol Police arrested Sadiq Khan, 21, resident of Muslimwada, Bhoma and native of UP for sexually assaulting a minor girl.
The accused got friendly with the minor and allegedly raped her by taking her to his house. The family of the victim filed a complaint at Mardol Police after the victim narrated her ordeal. The accused has been placed under arrest and booked under the POCSO Act.

Police stated that such child abuse cases are on the rise and have advised parents to keep a vigil on children.
