MARGAO: Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar on Friday visited the Western Bypass site in Navelim and inspected the elements of the project that the local MLAs and residents had been complaining about. He has relied on a presentation that will be held by the PWD and the contractor on the actual plans of the road, and has promised solutions to the problems.
