Reginaldo stood up to quickly reply that he wasn’t shy. Speaker Rajendra Arlekar intervened saying “It is clear you are not shy…” as he tried to settle the discussion on the word ‘bikini’. “CM is the king of the whole flock… even if you don’t feel, this (bikini ban) will affect the industry,” was Reginaldo’s first question.
