Local activists have hailed the TCP order, saying the decision only confirms what the people have been pointing out at the village gram sabha over the last two years.
In his order dated November 27 last, Town Planner R M Borkar observed that the school had continued with the work on the building without adhering to TCP directions and in violation of the approved building plans with additional floor and consequently increased height and FAR, including construction of a part stilt floor.
