MARGAO: In a major setback to the BJP and in a move that bolstered the image of the Congress as it addressed its supporters at Lohia Madain, two former BJP members – advocate Manohar Shirodkar from Bicholim and Nanu Gaonkar from Sanguem – announced they are joining Congress.
