UTI employees seek CM’s intervention over harassment

PANJIM: The Goa employees of the United Telecoms Limited (UTI) India,  running Broadband network (GBBN) in the State, have urged Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant to intervene over the harassment meted out to them.  Their Provident Fund (PF)  is due since  from October 1, 2019, though deducted from their salaries.

“All the employees, mostly Goans, are being purposely harassed even by delaying salaries, allowances, etc,”  “We therefore seek intervention and necessary action for streamlining the process,” they demanded.
