Villagers Protest Drinking Water Shortage in Amthane, Savardhat, and Latambarcem

For the past several days, the villages of Amthane, Savardhat, and Latambarcem have been facing a shortage of drinking water. Villagers marched to the Public Works Department (Water Division) and the Water Resources Department on Thursday (01 Jan 2026) to formally inquire about the issue. They demanded the basic necessity of drinking water, which the officials assured to solve immediately.
