An unknown youth was crushed to death under railway tracks near Muslim cemetery at New Vaddem-Vasco on Monday night.
According to Railway police, the incident occurred about half a kilometre away from the Vasco railway station, when the coaches of Yashwantpur Express were being taken in reverse on platform no 1 from Vasco station for its departure.
Police said the youth might be in his twenties, thin, wearing grey coloured trousers and a blue t-shirt.
