VASCO: Mormugao Deputy Collector Sachin Desai on Tuesday informed that Zuarinagar was converted into two-micro containment zones following zero active cases in the area.
Desai said he would monitor the two micro-containment zones following the lifting of Zuarinagar as containment zone.

He said these micro-containment zones will be de-notified soon.
The Deputy Collector said, “There are no COVID cases there, but as per the MHA guidelines from the last date of recovery of the case, 14 days have to pass in order to de-notify the containment zone. However, these 14 days have not passed from the date of recovery of the patient so these areas are converted into two micro-containment zones.
