VERNA: Active Boys defeated Pimpolwaddo Boys 4-1 to move into the final of the All Nagoa-Verna late Benjamin Barretto football tournament, played at Village Panchayat Sports Complex, Verna, on Friday.
Clive Coelho scored a brace for Active Boys in the 12th and 47th minute. Remy Vaz and Josloy Moniz scored the other two goals for the winners in the 45th and 47th minute respectively. Sweeton D’Sa pulled a goal back for Pimpolwaddo in the 25th minute.
