AGASSAIM: Agassaim Youth Club and Carambolim Sports Club played out a 1-1 draw in the Goa Football Association Third Division Ilhas Zone league, at Agassaim ground, on Tuesday.
Agassaim’s Shennoy Fernandes scored in the 16th minute as his side enjoyed a one goal lead in the first half.
However, in the second-half, Carambolim Sports Club’s Yogesh Salekar, scored the equaliser to make it 1-1 resulting in both teams sharing the points.
Meanwhile in another match at Taleigao ground, Portais SC thumped ST Mathew’s Sports Club 6-0.
Sanjay Singh scored a fine quadruple while Prem Patel and Max were the other scorers for the winning-side.
