Alfredo, Brendon, Josiah attain FIDE ratings

Alfredo Menezes, Brendon Peroz and Josiah Rebello have been listed into the International Chess FIDE Rating Club.
Alfredo from Rosary High School, Miramar with a rating of 1802 is coached under the watchful eyes of Dr Peter Carvalho while Brendon from Deep Vihar High School, Sada Vasco, with a rating of 1678 is coached by Swapnil Hoble.
Josiah Rebello from Don Bosco High School, Panjim with a rating 1652 is coached by Wilson Cruz.
The trio will join the list of 54 Goan chess players who have attained international fame.
