CUELIM-ARROSSIM-CANSAULIM: CAC Cansaulim defeated St Anthony’s Sports Club, Colva by a solitary goal to enter the quarter-finals of the CAC 3 King’s trophy inter-village football tournament, organised at Dr. T. B. Cunha Sports Complex ground, Cansaulim on Friday.
The first session of the match was dominated by CAC Cansaulim who missed scoring chances through Clinton Silva and Kenneth Da Costa. The all important goal of the match was scored in the 46th minute through Arron Fernandes.
In the 52nd minute Kenneth Da Costa missed a scoring opportunity.
