SANVORCOTTO-CUNCOLIM: CRC Chinchinim got the better of YC Manora 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the final of the 10th Cuncolim Union inter-village rolling football tournament, organised by Cuncolim Union, at Cuncolim ground, on Sunday.
It was Manora’s upcoming striker Eldon Colaco who netted the first goal of the match in the 10th minute.
As the match progressed, in the 67th minute, Chinchinim’s Kedron Fernandes took an arrow bound shot which crashed into Manora nylons and levelled terms.
In the tie-breaker, CRC Chinchinim netted through Ryan Fernandes, Kedron Fernandes, Aston Fernandes and Chadel Fernandes while Klins Mendes, Sockey Cardozo and Joyston Cardozo scored for Youth Club Manora.
CRC Chinchinim will now meet SC Davorlim in the final on November 3
