UTORDA: Dempo SC beat Churchill Brothers 4-0 in their U-18 Youth League match held at the Utorda Sports Complex, on Wednesday.
There were no goals to showcase in the first half. Dempo SC forced the issue with a 53rd minute strike by Floyd Pereira. Churchill Brothers decided to make a change as Sunil Kumar made way for Akash Dangde. Churchill faced a further setback at the hour mark when Prathamesh Satyawan conceded an own goal.
That was a brilliant spell for Dempo SC as they scored three goals in 12 minutes to take the game away from Churchill Brothers after Prathamesh’s 60th minute strike, it was the turn of Kidron Neshwil Fernandes to find the net in the 72nd minute.
