RAIA: Dicarpale SC defeated Uguem Rising Club, 5-3, via the tie-breaker to enter into the semi-finals of the St Anthony Festival Cup inter-village football tournament, organised by St Anthony SC of Assolda and played at Moll ground, Assolda, on Thursday. Vellroy Colaco gave lead to Dicarpale SC, which was later cancelled by Prathmesh Gaonkar for Uguem SC.
In the ensuing tie-breaker – William Niasso, Sahil Inamdar, Prince Figuredo and Vellroy Colaco netted for Dicarpale SC while only Prathamesh Gaonkar and Lawren Fernandes shot at the target for Uguem Rising Club.
